As a funding body, we provide financial contributions to selected organizations and support projects that support the sustainability goals of the United Nations. In doing so, we take into account which goals represent the greatest challenges for our future and the progress of these goals according to the UN's annual report. We select organisations that are particularly successful in their field of activity and fund projects whose results we can measure. We also make a point of ensuring that, as far as possible, 100% of donations benefit the projects.

INFORMATION ON TAX RELIEF

Our work is exempt from corporate income tax because we promote the 17 UNSustainable Development Goals. This according to the last exemption notice we received from the Tax Office for Corporations, Bremen (tax number60/145/07378 dated February 24, 2021, according to §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO of the German Corporate Income Tax Act.)

All employees perform their work such as project support and marketing as well as administrative tasks such as accounting and issuing donation receipts on a voluntary basis.

INFORMATION ON THE ORIGIN OF FUNDS

The Intalcon Foundation is mainly financed by donations, project-related funding partners and income from shareholding in Intalcon GmbH.

As the Intalcon Foundation gGmbH was founded at the end of 2020, only the annual report for 2020 is available so far, which solely covers the month of December, in which no donations or profits have been received yet. As soon as the annual report for the first fully completed financial year 2021 is available, it will be made available for download here.

INFORMATION ON THE USE OF FUNDS

The Foundation has expenses for the projects it funds and presents on the website. In addition, the Foundation incurs small costs for administration and accounting. As all employees work on a voluntary basis, no remuneration or expense allowances are paid.

CORPORATE LAW RELATIONSHIP WITH THIRD PARTIES

The Intalcon Foundation holds a 20% stake in Intalus GmbH. Shareholder of the non-profit GmbH are the members of the Wobbe family with the following shares:

As the Intalcon Foundation gGmbH was founded at the end of 2020, only the annual report for 2020 is available so far, which solely covers the month of December, in that no donations have yet been received and therefore no information can yet be provided on this point. As soon as the annual report for the first fully completed financial year 2021 is available, this point will be reviewed and updated.
